International shipping with registered air mail (EMS or ECO Post) whereby you can track your order online. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order.
EXPRESS SHIPPING – RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASES WITHIN 5-7 DAYS BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. Shipping time estimations do not include any time possibly spent in customs.
THE DELIVERY FEE FOR EACH PACKAGE IS 19.90$
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duty fees, and custom fees once it reaches the port of its destination. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The taxes and duties will not be calculated in checkout.

Express shipping - Receive your purchases in 2-5 business days after your order has been placed.
Shipping to Eilat, The Dead Sea and Yehuda and Shomron are up to 7 business days.

Modern muse shop accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of the item's ship date, provided that all original tags are attached.
Items marked 'accessories' (meaning jewelry and belts as it's categorized on) are not eligible for return.
We don't currently offer an exchange service so please return your order using the below instructions and re-order the correct item or size separately.
Note that orders must be returned from within the same country they were originally shipped to.
To arrange a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, write 'return' and your order number in the subject line, description of the item(s) and reason for the return. You will receive further instructions on how to return the merchandise.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for items not received by us due to shipping issues.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE OF 5% ON EACH return.
